Deskjet 4729 printer Doesn't take Photo paper in 😣😣

My Hp deskjet ultra 4729 All In One Series is not printing Photos when I  put the glossy paper in tray & then try to print the photos the printer makes a noise but it does not take the paper in. However it prints photo on a plain paper easily ... Happens all the time.... Can anyone help me here ...

Note:

Dont say clean the tray or other cleaning things cux its only 4 days old printer.

If the printer is new,

• If you have installed the Full Feature Software for the printer,

HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4720 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers

• If the paper is acceptable to the printer (quality, weight, paper size),

• If the paper is correctly loaded into the printer,

User Guide > starting on Page 15

• If the Test pages print and are complete / correct,

 Printing Self-Test Pages

THEN

That leaves at least the following to double-check / consider

• The Driver settings  (print settings for the current job) are incomplete / misconfigured (tiny yellow triangle of doom)
• The software you are using to view / edit the photo / image is not fully compatible with the print software / settings

Download, Save, and install:

HP Photo Creations

After the software is installed:

Click Start (windows key) > all apps > scroll the list 

Open Category HP

Find the HP Photo Creations application

Right-Click on the application and PIN to Start

• The paper, in spite of being "correct" is not actually acceptable.

 If you have not done so, consider trying  HP Advanced Photo Paper

• The size of your photo paper is not a standard, supported size.

 Creating Custom Paper Sizes

Custom Form

1. Availability depends on printer model and software and Operating System / Version.
2. If the feature is supported the Custom Setup will be available in Devices and Printers OR in Printer Preferences.

• Devices and Printers > Print Server Properties

OR

• Printer Preferences > Print Dialog > Paper / Quality > Custom setting

Example 1

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >

Left-Click on your Printer one time to highlight >

Left-Click Print Server Properties (along the top ribbon)

GENERAL Example - this sample shows how to create a new custom Index card from an existing form.

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >

Right-Click on your Printer > If necessary, select printer from drop down menu / list

Printing Preferences > tab Paper/Quality > Custom

General example - Not all printers / printer software supports Custom in the Paper / Quality tab setup

Depending on Printer Model / Software, changing the paper in the tray may require that the paper settings be adjusted on the printer control panel.  (Not all printers support this feature.)

1. Open Tray > Change Paper > Check printer control panel: “Modify” > select “Custom” > OK)
