HP ENVY 5000 Series 5055

I changed the black ink cartridge and added paper to the printer. I then had a paper jam that I had to clear. Once I cleared that, I tried to restart and I have received this error ever since. I have followed the steps in doing a Hard Reset and that did not work.

I am unable to install updates because my printer is now offline and wont connect to my HP Smart App.

I cannot install any updates directly onto my printer because it wont move from the ERROR CODE Screen. I have followed all the links previously provided in other Messages regarding this error code and nothing is working.

How do I get to a different screen on my printer to be able to fix this?

NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.

- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.

- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

- Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

- If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
