Can you send me the information as well? I am having the same problem with my new HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. It replaces my HP OfficeJet Pro 8100 which printed imbedded images correctly. I have all of the same symptoms - print review looks correct but actual print is incorrect. The reduced imbedded image is printed at actual size but cropped to fit the available space. Conversion to a pdf prints correctly.
