My HP 8600 Pro is cutting the left and right margins [edit] on my envelopes. I have the current drivers for the MAC and HP.
I also have this envelope issue with MS Word for MAC and Mac Pages.....Please advise. Thanks.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand, your printer is not printing the margins on an envelope,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
Which application are you using to print envelopes?
How does it appear in print preview?
Does this happen while making a photocopy?
Let's try these steps:
Try printing from a different application.
Remove the printer queue from the list of printers, and then add it again.
-
Make sure your Mac is connected to the Internet.
-
In the Printers list, click your HP printer, and then click the Minus button to delete it.
-
Click the Add button .
-
Find and select the name of your printer from the Printer list, and then click Add to add your printer. Do not select an HP Fax driver. NOTE: If your printer does not display in the list, make sure the printer is connected, turned on, has power, and is ready to print.

-
Click Print Using or Use.
-
Select AirPrint.
Figure: Menu showing AirPrint selected
-
Try printing again.
Then try printing and keep me posted,
Have a great day 🙂
Cheers 🙂
