Microsoft Windows 11

Aligned head, cleaned heads, pulled cartridges and cleaned with distilled water.  I hear print heads moving across page but no images appear.  Ink levels in Smart app show plenty of ink.

A low ink level may be a reason for the printer not printing issue. Replace the ink cartridges with a new one to resolve the issue. Check if the paper is inserted into printer's input tray. Use compatible papers to print from the printer.

As was stated in my problem description, low ink level is NOT the issue.  Ink level is appearing in the Smart app as adequate.  Please advise.
