Hi @FF411,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with print jobs being canceled partway through can be frustrating. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem with your HP ENVY 6032e All-In-One Printer on Windows 11:

1. Check Printer Connection

  • Wired Connection: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and your computer. Try using a different USB port on your computer.
  • Wireless Connection: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. Restart your router and reconnect the printer to the network if necessary.

2. Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your computer to refresh the connection.

3. Update or Reinstall Printer Driver  Software and Drivers for HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

  • Update Driver:
    • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest driver for the HP ENVY 6032e.
    • Install the updated driver and restart your computer.
  • Reinstall Driver:
    • Open Device Manager (right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager).
    • Expand Printers, right-click on your HP ENVY 6032e, and select Uninstall device.
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click Remove device.
    • Reinstall the driver from the HP website.

4. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This utility can help diagnose and fix many printing and scanning issues.

5. Clear Print Spooler

  • Clear Print Queue:
    • Open Services (press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter).
    • Find Print Spooler, right-click, and select Stop.
    • Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in this folder.
    • Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler, and select Start.

6. Check for Windows Updates

  • Make sure your Windows 11 is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

7. Disable Print Job Timeout (if applicable)

  • Some printers have a print job timeout setting. Check your printer's manual or the HP Smart app to see if there's an option to disable or extend the timeout.

8. Check Printer Settings

  • Ensure the paper size, type, and quality settings in the print dialog match what you have loaded in the printer.

9. Run Printer Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Select the Printer and run the troubleshooter.

10. Firmware Update Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website and update it if needed.
