I've had the 7855 installed for 1 week. Twice, I've seen blinking light in the morning as I come into the (home) office. It seems to do this overnight. It is on a surge protector and none of my other equipment is affected. It is still under warranty and I none of the support options (doctor options, etc.) give me answers. I can re-boot (power off/on) and it works for a time. What is going on? How can I get this fixed? The blinking code on the display is "B809E440"

Hi @jmarkron
Try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. You may also refer to this document - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

After considerable effort and because I was under warranty, I managed to reach HP support. The determining cause was that the wireless was configure to have IPv6 active. I was coached to turn it OFF and reboot the printer. So far, that has resolved the issue.
To do this I had to turn wireless OFF, find the config to disable IPv6, turn wireless ON and reboot.
