HP OFFICEJET 5230
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer only reads Error code 0xB3D14A2B.

The Home, ? and back buttons flash and are non-responsive. I searched by the error code and got no results.

I tried to do these operations:

- pushing the start button to force restart

- disconnect, wait and reconnect the power cord from the printer

but the error code returns 15/30 minutes later.

Anyone have any idea what the error means and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Hi @Alex3085,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "0xB3D14A2B" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
