Hi,

Every time I want to print, the printer starts printing and after a while displays a paper jam error message, even though there's no jammed paper at all.
I've unplugged the printer, disconnected it from the mains, left it for 5 minutes, then plugged it back in, but the message still appears when I want to print.
The printer is connected via a USB cable

Any idea?

If you have tried all the steps from this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked for hardware.
