HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

Had KERNEL error and could only switch off printer at wall. Switched on again and started printing alignment page and then got another error message 0XB3F09FE4 and printer alignment stopped.

I understand that you are getting an 0XB3F09FE4 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I actually ended up replacing the printer as nothing seemed to work. Thank you anyway.
