macOS 10.15 Catalina

Recently moved and now am having trouble using the scan to email function on my printer. Have already gone through to make sure everything is legit. It worked for a week and now isn't working again and nothing has changed. I would like to know how to reset my printer so it's like I just took it out of the box. Can someone tell me how to do that? I do not see a reset option like my phone and computer have. 

 

I have an iMac running Catalina OS, Orbi is my wifi router.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
