GETTING CARTRIDGE ERROR ON HP ENVY 4520. HAD AN EXTRA (BLACK) AND INSTALLED IT SAME ERROR. TRIED REMOVING AND RE-INSTALLING CARTRIDGE AND UNPLUGGING POWER SUPPLY. STILL GET SAME ERROR MESSAGE
