Product: HP Laseerjet 15a
Operating System: iOS

I got a new MacBook Air, downloaded the HP Smart App. Hooked it up to my HP 15a Laserjet. When I send a document to print the printer appears at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds, then disappears without printing the document. The print que is empty. It's like the driver is not there even though the printer shows ready to print in the HP app.
