Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought my wife the OJ Pro 8035 for Christmas because she does a lot of printing as a teacher and our old HP printer has been acting up for a few months.  This one is frustrating because when the sheet comes out of the printer it is bowed or rolled up (center high lengthwise) so that the following sheet pushes the previous off the paper catcher and onto the floor.  This is with medium cardstock and color printing.

It is as if the printer is too hot and the ink too wet or heavy and it just curls it like it was put in a steam room.

What can I do?

Welcome to HP support community.

What is the size of the card stock on which you are using to print?

Meanwhile:

Refer paper handling specifications in this document and check if your paper size is supported:- Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
