HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer

I purchased my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Wireless Printer in early January 2025 and it functioned properly for approximately two months. At that time, it would no longer boot up. I have been connected to on-line help numerous times and have had technicians to my location twice replacing the mother board and the internal hard drive (SSD) and the I still cannot use my printer. The latest technician to work on it , about two weeks ago, was here for somewhere around five to six hours.

 

At this point, I am giving up on this unit and would like a replacement one. How do I go about this?
