HP Deskjet 3632
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My client's HP Deskjet 3632 will not connect to new router. I have tried setting up with WPS button, WPS Pin, with USB cable in set up switching to wireless and straight set up through software. Wireless light blinks blue and wireless singal on display just keeps cycling. I let it attempt over 2 minutes. I attempted to reset printer to factory settings, Holding Power button, then pushing Black Print twice and then pushing Cancel three times. Wireless light just blinks blue, it never blinks white, so I don't know if it reset. Printer will print fine through USB. All the laptops and tablets connect to router with no problems. The router is a Verizon D-Link DSL-2750B. I am baffled, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I went through the steps to reset the printer. Held the wireless and cancel buttons for 3 seconds and the power light started blinking. I pressed the wireless button for 3 seconds and the blue just blinked, did not connect to router. The router does not have a WPS button. Should I do the WPS pin? Thanks for your help, I have my client temporarily printing through USB.
