Microsoft Windows 11

We had a paper jam yesterday that we cleared. It had bits of torn paper in the carriage area that we removed.
Printing test page after appeared blank. (Test page was only black ink.)
Cleaned print heads and the page produced only had blue ink. 
Tried the cleaning several more times. Printed many test pages and only the blue will print. It appears to be aligned properly and print fine, but just that one color. 

I'm having trouble contacting Support because it won't let me add my printer's serial number to my dashboard. 

Thank you for any assistance.

Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.           

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs service.
