Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The duplex module is periodically disabled on the HP LaserJet Pro M428fdn. You have to include in the "printer properties" - "device settings" - "installed". USB connection. There are no problems with other computers with the same printers. The latest version of the driver is installed. Reset the printer to factory settings. Changed usb ports and usb cables. Nothing helps. What could be the problem?

 

Connected via tcp/ip. There came out another problem. Periodically, documents from micosoft office hang in the queue and are not printed. The trial page prints well. Cleaning the queue and restarting the computer does not help. It helped to remove the printer in "devices and printers" and install it again. For a long time it solved the problem or not, I don't know

Never seen that type of issue before, but I would try HP UPD to check. Universal Pcl 6 driver.
