Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Would suggest to try to update the Printer's Firmware.

If updating firmware doesn't resolve the issue, can you try to switch off the IPv6?

This resource shows you how to update firmware and disable IPv6 settings.

That should resolve the issue.

Hope that helps!

May i know what is your printer firmware.  Can you try to update your printer firmware to the latest. Let me know if you still see the issue after updating the firmware.

Thanks for answered my question. I  switched off the "IPv6" and so far I haven't have any more problems with my WiFi.

I am happy to know that HP has someone that knows what he is talking about, because I called tech support and the person at  the phone, not only was unable to help me, he was also very rude. To the point that I have to hung up on him after he keept interrupting me and repeting himself ( "Mam you need to contact you internet provider").      >=(

Any way, thanks again for your help.
