HP  Envy Photo 7855 printer; failed FaxTest Report for correct type of phone cord.

HP Envy Photo 7855 printer replaced for defective HP Officejet 4630 printer.

Phone cord returned  to HP with Officejet 4630.printer.

I see that you have issues with the fax cord, you can either go to a nearby store and purchase the replacement or contact HP for the same.
