Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having some ink smearing issues with my PageWide Pro MFP 577dw. I've performed all the maintenance items multiple times, including the advanced cleaning with the foam pad. I've also replaced the duplex unit. Some of the maintenance items will clear it up for a few prints but it inevitably comes back. Any idea what could be causing this?

HP Recommended

Any help would be appreciated! We've been using official HP printer paper and cartridges so I can't imagine it is a consumable issue. Is this something I'll need to have someone come look at?
