I’ve got a printer that had a simple jam (2 papers that came out in tact). Now it continues to tell me it’s jammed. I have cleaned everything out, including rollers. Next suggestion is to replace the duplexes, which I cannot find a replacement for (warranty expired 11/16). This has been a great printer so it seems it should be able to fix. It seems like there is a sensor off or something. Also, any time I try to print again, the ink pumps. I’ve had to replace all colors and the cyan is out 1/3 already in just an hour of messing with this thing and no ink has actually printed on paper. Any suggestions?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
