HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Will not print. Ran HP Doctor. Restarts & stops at 'printing alignment page'. If I press power button to shut down it then becomes stuck there. I have to unplug to shut down. Have done this repeated times.I have shut down both PC & printer, then started my PC before powering on printer.

 

HP Doctor goes through everything then tells me to press 'print test page'. Problem is when I restart the printer it automatically goes to alignment page & the cycle starts again.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Let's perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see if that works.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
