Hi,
A ? Mark is expected to be shown to the left of the printer screen, it indicates the help menu for the printer.
What do you see on the touch screen itself?
Swipe your finger from the top of the screen to reveal its dashboard, then tap the Setup (gear) icon.
Click on Tools.
Click on Printer Status Report.
Can you print an internal report or is there any specific error or behavior?
What exact behavior occurs when you try printing and where are you printing from?
