"Got a number of HP M477fdw pressure rollers from China on Ebay (seems that's the only place sells it.), with every single one, toner comes off the paper if the paper type is set to 'plain'. I have to set the paper type to a 150g paper so the toner will be melted into paper properly."

Works well with original pressure roller, but damaged.

Sounds like the heating element is bad in the fuser or the material that the replacement roller is made from is wicking away too much heat.

That's the error:

"the replacement roller is made from is wicking away too much heat."

Is it possible to buy one that works properly?
