OfficeJet Pro L7580
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a download of the latest Windows 10 software, I am unable to use  my HP L7580 printer. The device manager shows " USB Mass Storage Device cannot start (Code 10)". I have deleted all references to the L7580 and reloaded the latest software/drivers "OJ_AIO_L7X00_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5 (5).exe". I also switched the USB cable to a USB 2 port. Still the same results. Computer is  an HP ENVY 700-327c Desktop PC Model #: F3F07AA. Please advise.

As a last resort, I rebooted the L7580 and found that it cleared the error message. The L7580 now operates normally.
