Hi @Nabeel4461,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this:

  • Did this happen after a power outage or surge?

This looks like a hardware issue with the printer and it needs to be replaced. For now please try these steps:

Please perform a hard reset on the printer from this link.

  • and perform only step 1 and check if it resolves the issue.
  • If the problem continues, I will send a private message to perform a super NVRAM reset to factory settings.
  • Try those steps and check if the issue gets fixed. Please keep checking your forum private message box for a message from me.
  • Even after a Super NVRAM reset if the problem persists, then contact HP phone support to get the printer replaced. I am being honest about it by keeping your best interest in mind.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
