Product: HP PhotoSmart 8150
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently attempting to set up my HP PhotoSmart 8150 and cannot get my computer to recognize it as a printer. My computer recognizes it is a device and connected but listed under "other" on my devices control panel and I cannot print to it. I am using a wired USB connection

I FOUND THE SOLUTION:

 

In Device Manager, open up Universal Serial Bus Controllers

Find the 8100 Series device 

Click on Update Driver

Browse my computer for driver software

Let me pick from a list

Choose USB Composite Device
