Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I bought new HP 415 printer today, Color print are coming fine but black is leaving ink streaks.

I have tried 'Clean Printhead' from HP Smart software, but still the black prints are coming with streaks.

Have you tried to print the Print Quality diagnostics page? If so, could you let me know the results. 

 

If you haven't tried it yet, please try these steps here: 

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

 

Press and hold the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

 

Examine the results for the defects - HP Ink Tank 310, 410 Printers - Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues (Please try the steps 5, 6, 7 & 8).

 

If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue. This could be a possible hardware failure with the printer.
