Hi,

Product Name: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

Product Number: Z6Z97A

 

The printer was working quite well until the colour prints became weird. With the colour test, Yellow colour was not printing. I have performed the 'Clean Cartridges' process number of times from HP printer assistant, but there was no improvement.

Ink quantity is almost full. 

And I doubt that changing the heads will not help as other colours are coming fine. It seems the yellow ink pipe has been clogged.

Please let me know if my analysis is correct and if yes, how can I clean the clog?

I understand the printer is not printing yellow. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried cleaning the printhead and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

The only problem I am facing now is I am not able to contact the service centre numbers on your website. Some are wrong numbers, some are constantly busy and some are not available. And I don't see any Customer care (Toll-free) number on your website. Please give me an email or phone number who can actually help me with my printer issue (Preferably who can visit my place). I live in the southern part of Delhi with pin-code 110049. 

I request you to please give me an active/working contact detail of Customer support near my area on urgent basis.
