Product: Laser Jet Pro M102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laser Jet Pro Mq102w in an error state. Unplugged and plugged in again. Print button pressed 3 times. No live tech support and the online troubleshooting sent me in unending circles with no solution.
