Hi, I have a friend's printer that asked me to look because it had some issues while printing, while I found that its pick-up rollers were worn out i ordered the parts from an autorized HP repair shop (I work on IT, so was a sort of help for my friend) when I replaced the worn parts now sends a unknown error while printing multiple pages using the tray #2 (using the multi-purpose tray works as intended), there's a way to locate or pinpoint the error or a way to fix?
