Hello,

 

Hope you are well, you may try to turn the printer off , unplug the printer from the electric source as well remove any other cable connected to it. open and close the cartridge door 6 times while its off, then reconnect only the power cord, and replicate the same step once the machine boots up, open and close the cartridge door 6 times, machine should restart and go back to ready.

 

if that does not help to fix the issue, please reach out our phone support for advanced troubleshoot, warranty or out of warranty options.
