Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 1102C won't print.  The job goes into the queue, and stays there.  This happens from either of my computers.  So I go in, and turn it off and back on.  And it tries, but never connects to the network.  So I have to turn it off AGAIN, and turn it back on.  And it connects and I can print for then.  But next time, I have to do it all over.  The printer works, it always prints after this little turnoff-turnon-turnoff-turnon ritual.  But surely there's a better way?

I tried print and scan doctor. IT could not fix it.

So if someone here doesn't have words of wisdom, I'm finally throwing away my company's LAST HP printer and buying some other brand.

Are you connecting via wireless or wired connection?

It's wireless.  And yes, it has worked before for a long time.  And yes, it does work almost every time after I've restarted it twice.  So the wireless connection and signal are good.   Nothing changes in either PC, only the printer.  And both PCs are wireless, and we have to do the exact same thing, restart it twice, to print from either computer. Both wireless.  Both eventually work after the double restart.
