Hi @Shazzac2b ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an Issue HP Envy 4523 touch panel suddenly turned blue screen. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display or error message

If your HP ENVY 4523 All-In-One Printer is experiencing issues such as the touch panel turning blue and not responding, as well as the wireless light turning off, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in.
  • Turn on the printer.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Update Firmware/Software:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve issues.

Check for Interference:

  • Make sure there are no wireless interference sources (other electronic devices, routers, etc.) near the printer.

Factory Reset:

  • This should be considered as a last resort, as it will erase all custom settings. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
