Product: Hp deskjet 2600 all in one printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I'm trying to connect my printer to my android note20 ultra phone but the password it gave me isn't working. How can I change the password to see if that will help...

I understand that the printer password isn't working to connect to the phone.

 

Please check for the phone updates.

 

What exact error message you are getting while connecting the phone?

 

Please try to reset the password and check.

 

  • Perform a factory reset process on your HP Deskjet 2600 printer by pressing the Power button.
  • Press the Cancel button for about 6 times and release the Power button to complete the reset process.
  • Check if the computer is turned on.
  • Open the Start menu on your computer.
  • Select the Control Panel feature under the menu.
  • Click Devices and Printers to display the list.
  • Right on your HP printer name on the list.
  • Click the option called Properties.
  • Open the Password icon on the computer screen.
  • Enter the new HP Deskjet 2600 password twice and save the changes.
