I am new to this so completely lost I have been charged for Instant Ink BUT no ink has been sent

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

The following is relevant if you are referring to a subscription to Instant Ink.

 

  1. Ink is sent when the printer notifies the service that new ink supplies are needed.
  2. The service is not "free ink every month" nor is ink sent on a schedule.
