Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Unable to print envelopes. Microsoft says it is a printer problem. Reinstalled drivers, but no change.

Thank you for responding, but your solution does not work, I followed the steps and the envelope printed just had my return address in the lower left corner. I have a Laser Jet Pro M203dw.
