Hi - I'm trying to implement the fix described here - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Mobile-Printing-Cloud-Printing/OfficeJet-5258-Stuck-on-HP-Logo-Page/m-...

 

But, the printer cartridges are stuck in the right position, and the black cartridge is under a plastic piece making it impossible to remove.  Tried following the steps buy removing the trigger-color cartridge, but no luck.  How do I get the cartridges in a position where I can remove both?
