OfficeJet Pro 6960 not printing Cyan

I have an OfficeJet Pro 6960 around 3 years and recently it's stopped printing Cyan and any colours associated with it altogether. I had to wait a while to test another cartridge because I'm with Instant Ink and with the Cyan cartridge I had still showing as over 50% full it was difficult to get another sent out. But I got it today and after loading it up I still have the same results. Have done numerous Clean Printhead routines up to the 3rd step and it's the same every time:

No blue, and yellow where green should be.

There doesn't look to be any damage to the cartridges or to the housing so was wondering if this was a known issue and if there are any fixes out there? Thanks

If your printer has an HP warranty, then I would recommend contacting HP Support by phone to assist with solving the issue. If your printer does not have a warranty, then I would recommend following the steps in an online video showing how to manually clean the print head.
