OfficeJet Pro 8022

Printer is 3 months old and was working fine. Only used for domestic use and hasn't been used for a few weeks, but now displays - "Use Setup cartridges" message and will not work.  Setup cartridges have been fitted in the machine since new.  Tried removing and replacing cartridges, switching on and off printer, fitted new cartridges, but nothing seems to reset the printer.

Hi,

 

I have the same issue with my Officejet 8022 and did all the recommended steps with the cartridge, power, even did a factory reset from the web interface by removing some print cartridge

 

Please send me the reset steps.
