Product: Officejet 4630
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Officejet 4360 problem; incomplete printing. Some or most of a line of text do not print. I get horizontal streaks on solid colors as well. Tried full print head cleaning procedure to no avail.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
