Hi,

 

I'm receiving error messages:

1st: Paper Jam- I removed the paper and there are no other pieces of paper in the printer.

2nd: Printer Failure-message: problem with printer or print system, turn off and on if message continues contact HP- I went through all the troubleshooting unplug, plug and the error messages start over to 1st error.

Also the print carrage is stuck on the right side it, it will not move.

I've also run print and scan doctor, it stops on X Device Status:

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
