When printing on photo paper I only get a partial print.  The paper feed does not advance the paper in time and I get a partial print.  If I print on standard 20# paper it prints fine.  Hp Envy 5660

@bob4476, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I understand you are having issues printing on the photo paper from your Mac computer. Refer to the document HP Printers - How to Print Photos (Mac) to ensure you have the right settings on the computer and the printer before printing.

Also, check the HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer (F8B04A) Specifications to ensure that the paper you are using is supported on the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I am using the same 8 1/2 x11 photo paper that had worked before and now won’t pull the paper through in time with the image being printed.

But I can print on 20# standard paper.

why?

Your first fix did nothing, I am printing on 8 1/2 x 11 photo paper

Let us try to remove and add the printer using AirPrint drivers-

Click the Apple menu, and then select System Preferences.

Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.

Click the name of your printer, click the Minus sign, and then delete the printer.

Select printer and click the minus sign

Click the Plus sign, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.

Click the Use or Print Using box, and then select AirPrint

Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Click Add to add the printer to the list.

Try to print.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

I will try this tomorrow.  But could it be possible that clearing a paper jam could have caused the problem?  I have always have been able to print photos on  8 1/2 x 11 photo paper and standard 20# copy paper.  Now the photo paper is the issue, printing the image on about 1/2 the photo paper.  Its just not pulling the paper in soon enough, and I don't know if reinstalling the print driver will help.

please advise

If clearing the paper jam caused the problem, you should not be able to print on any paper. So, removing and adding the printer could help.

Let me know how it goes!
