I've experienced a periodic grinding noise when paper first loads. I cleaned the rollers with a lint free cloth. That worked for awhile. Today the paper really jammed! it curled up and pieces are wedged under the front "rollers?". We did get new paper. In the meantime, how do I get the bits out? and what weight paper should we be using?

Hi @MsNbell
You may need to use some hair tweezers to remove small paper pieces.
And also follow steps from the next video:
And about the paper the best weight is 90 gr/m2. (24 lb)
You may find HP Premium papers with that weight or some other brands that offer the same weight (24lb).
