Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

When print double sided, I look at the preview and it comes off different than what was shown. One side of the image is off while the the other side is fine. Why is is this happening?

I understand that you are getting alignment issues while printing double side, I am glad to assist you.

Which application are you using to print?

Did try using a different application and check if that prints fine?
