Printer Failure - 0x61011bed

HP Officejet 6600 all in one

My printer suddenly stopped picking paper from tray, makes noise as if unable to pull in paper and display reads ‘There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP. 0x61011bed. I tried the off and on steps but the printer doesn’t seem to reset. Any recommendations?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
