HP Recommended

I have an older office jet pro 8600 all in one printer. Getting ‘printer failure’ message. Also states ‘there is a problem with printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem, persists, contact HP. Have replaced ink cartridges with no change. Printer will not even copy. Have unplugged and reset. Home Screen will not appear, only error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like a hardware issue. However, if you performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support for other service options.
