HP LaserJet Enterprise M507dn

I had to print a document this morning, and I attempted to do this.  The printer remained powered on but was in sleep mode.  I printed from Windows 10, and I received a message from Windows stating the printer was offline.  I pressed the home key on the printer's key pad, and it did not wake.  It did not respond to any key presses.  I had to power the printer off then power it back on.  After doing this, the queued print jobs all printed.

This is the latest available firmware that my printer is running.  Any ideas why this mysteriously happened?  Is my printer defective, or do I have bad drivers that need an update?  I am using the latest available PostScript drivers.

This exact same scenario happened a second time today.  The printer would not wake via key-presses on its main panel.  I again had to power it off then back on to use it.

Why is this happening over and over?
