HP OFFICE JET 6812

I have a HP OFFICE JET 6812. There is an incorrect paper Jam error... I went through all the steps to reset the printer. Now mysceen says Printer failure or Ink system failure...# 0x6100004a.  It was working perfectly fine yesterday. Any Suggestions??

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document paper jam Errors: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-6810-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5390300/model/681...  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
